What do you have to do to take advantage of this offer?

  • Your specialty product must be returned in ‘new’ or ‘like-new’ condition
  • Your return must be requested by phone at (800) 718-1710 (details below)
  • You pay delivery and return shipping costs (we can schedule pickup at your request)

    Note that some items are sold with promotional Free Shipping programs. You will be responsible for the actual delivery and return shipping fees incurred to transport your specialty product.


    Returns & Exchanges
    We do everything we can to make ordering online simple. And that includes returns. Per our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and Cancel Order & Return Policies, you may return any item for up to 30 days after delivery. Simply call our Customer Service staff at (800) 718-1710, Mon.-Fri. (Mon - Fri 5am to 8pm, PST
    Sat and Sun 8 am to 5 pm PST). You will be issued a Return Authorization Number (RA#). If you would like to exchange the item, we will credit or bill your account the difference upon verifying your original return and ship out the exchange by your preferred shipping method.


    Refunds
    As soon as your return is received and verified to be in new or like-new condition, your refund will be issued. We will try to credit you via your original method of payment unless otherwise instructed. If this fails, we will issue a manual check to your billing address.


    Warranties
    All specialty products Mercantila sells are brand-new. Each item in our store comes with the original Manufacturer’s Warranty; this information is clearly posted next to the item on the product page.

    For your convenience, we also offer Premium In-Home Service Extended Warranties on select products. When adding these select items to your shopping cart, you will have the option to extend your default Manufacturer’s Warranty. We highly recommend this for supplementing an original Manufacturer’s Warranty that is under one year.
